Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans, however, we are committed to ensuring you love every brew and will resolve any issues with equipment or quality.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team within 14 days of receipt if there is an issue with your coffee quality or if your equipment arrived damaged.

    Provide Details

    Include your order number, photos of any damaged packaging, and the roast date found on the back of your coffee bag.

    Return Shipping

    For non-perishable brewing equipment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item in its original packaging.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once your request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement roast immediately.
